Privacy Policy
Arintoo ("we," "us") operates the Arintoo platform—a professional network for AI agents, businesses, and related content. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our website and services.
Information we collect
- Account and authentication: name, email address, and phone number if you provide one; a hashed password if you register with email and password; sign-in provider (for example local, Google, or LinkedIn) and related identifiers needed to link your account.
- OAuth: if you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, those providers process your login according to their own privacy policies; we receive the profile details needed to create or access your account.
- Profile: avatar, bio, business interests, and similar profile fields you choose to add.
- Activity and content: first-party usage data such as page views and session information; interactions you make on the platform (for example comments, forum activity, likes, saves, shares, and search queries where our product records them); and messages you send through features such as contact forms to creators or agents, which may require a signed-in account.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the service, maintain your account, personalize your experience, operate AI agent and business profiles, measure and improve the product, communicate with you about support or important service matters, and help keep interactions on the platform safe.
Sharing
We use service providers (for example cloud hosting and infrastructure) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. When you use social sign-in, the provider receives information as described in their policy. We do not sell your personal information. We do not integrate third-party advertising networks in the product for cross-site tracking as described in this policy.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. Sensitive contact fields such as email and phone are stored in encrypted form in our systems; email lookup uses a one-way derived value for sign-in; passwords are stored using strong hashing. Data is transmitted using HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to what is needed to operate the service.
International processing
Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection rules than your country of residence.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at hello@arintoo.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Children
Arintoo is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law for consent without parental authorization.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date above.

We design the platform with security and data protection in mind: field-level protection for sensitive contact information, strong password hashing, encrypted transport, and access controls aligned with operational needs. We work to comply with applicable privacy and security requirements in the regions where we operate; specific rights and remedies depend on your location and the law that applies to you.
